  • Up to TDP 400W at 41°C ambient temperature
  • This cooling system has been specifically designed for the high thermal demands of AmpereOne platforms in Socket 5964 and is intended for use in tower PCs and comparable systems with sufficient height clearance. The copper base quickly absorbs heat from the processor and efficiently transfers it to the integrated heatpipe system. The heatpipes reliably transport the heat from the contact surface to the large-area aluminium fins. Targeted active airflow (fan) continuously removes the heat, ensuring a stable operating temperature even under high power loads. The cooling system guarantees performance, reliability, and extended system lifespan under demanding operating conditions
